This is an inaugural meeting for the BIR, which brings together speakers from around the world and national experts too, to share experiences and expertise in a very wide range of aspects for today’s cutting-edge radiotherapy and oncology. The latest techniques, technologies, methods and issues will be discussed in this comprehensive meeting taking place over two days. Opportunities aplenty for networking with fellow professionals and discussing the latest offerings from manufacturers.
relating to any of the key topic areas noted above. Material from all disciplines working in radiotherapy and oncology is invited and encouraged - all play a part in the treatment of our patients, all have a voice to be heard in our practice and its development. We would especially encourage and welcome research, case reports and review articles on all aspects of how COVID-19 has affected our clinical, technical and professional practice in radiotherapy and oncology. Two specific sessions have been earmarked for proffered oral presentations; digital screens will be available for poster viewing in the conference venue and YouTube clips will be uploaded onto the BIR website for access by meeting delegates throughout the meeting.
