MSK radiologists play an increasingly important role in patient care, specifically in relation to the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. This webinar, being held to coincide with the International Day of Radiology 2019, celebrated the many diverse roles of the current day MSK radiologist. The talk outlined training and development opportunities towards becoming an MSK radiologist and provided an interactive forum for delegates to contribute with questions. Dr Kannan Rajesparan is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist at University College Hospital and the Institute of Sports, Exercise and Health, providing diagnostic and interventional radiology expertise on a wide range of pathologies including sports injuries, orthopaedics, rheumatology and sarcoma. He holds the post as the Clinical Lead for Ultrasound, and Radiology College Tutor.
